End User License Agreement

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Red Dot Zero ("the Application"), developed by OsiVibe Code ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not download or use the Application.

1. Grant of License

OsiVibe Code grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial ballistic calculation and optic zeroing purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Application.
Distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, loan, or commercially exploit the Application to any third party.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, copyright, or trademark on the Application.

3. Safety & Ballistics Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The calculations provided by Red Dot Zero (including bullet trajectory, drop compensation, windage, and turret click values) are mathematical approximations. Environmental variables, barrel wear, ammunition tolerances, and optic mounting differences can impact actual downrange point of impact. You are exclusively responsible for safe firearm handling, verifying results in a controlled range environment, and complying with all firearm safety rules and applicable legislation.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its algorithms, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, and computer code, are the intellectual property of OsiVibe Code and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OsiVibe Code expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OsiVibe Code be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.
