🖼️ TinyPixel — End User License Agreement

Effective Date: November 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and OsiVibeCode LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us", "osivibecode") for the TinyPixel application for macOS ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms. If you get the Software from the Mac App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies instead of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on Macs you own or control, for personal or internal business use. Images you make or edit with it are yours; we claim no rights in them.

2. Restrictions

3. Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. OsiVibeCode LLC retains all right, title and interest in it, including all copies and modifications.

4. What the Software Does

TinyPixel captures the screen and edits images. To capture the screen it requires Screen Recording permission, which you grant in System Settings. It can start at login and respond to keyboard shortcuts from any app if you choose.

Saving can replace your original. Save writes over the file you opened, and some formats discard detail. A file you overwrite cannot be restored from within the Software. You are responsible for your own backups; see the disclaimer below.

5. Your Content and Redaction

You are responsible for what you capture and edit, including having the right to capture or edit it and for anything sensitive in it.

Check what you redact. Blur and Pixelate can sometimes be reversed. To hide sensitive information, use Black Box and check the saved file before sharing it. We do not guarantee that any redaction will make information unrecoverable.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will work with every future version of macOS.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OsiVibeCode LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files or profits, arising out of your use of the Software, including lost or overwritten images and information exposed through a capture or a redaction. Keep backups.

8. Privacy

The Software collects no personal data. It connects to the network for the update check, which you can switch off. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Updates & Changes

Updates may be provided at our discretion and are covered by this Agreement unless accompanied by different terms. We may revise this Agreement; the revised version applies to versions of the Software released after it.

10. Termination

This licence ends if you breach these terms or when you uninstall the Software. If you breach these terms you must stop using the Software and remove all copies.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

12. General

If any part of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this Agreement; we may assign it to a successor of our business. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between us about the Software.
